Welcome to the SFO-UK STUDIO CIRCUITS Web Page where you will find all the details of our high quality Circuits Course which we are running all over the UK and Scotland, as far north as Inverness and Aberdeen and South to London. This Course has been very popular, and with SFO-UK Director and tutor John Cuthill running the course at many Clubs and Centres around the UK. The course in 2011, has been updated and upgraded so it is even better now with more variations of the core moves without risking safety. So it is suitable for the more experienced Circuits Instructor who needs to renew their certificate or wants new ideas, as well as the less experienced instructor who wants to be able to teach great Studio Circuits classes.
There are many different types of Circuits classes, including Sports Specific, around 12 stations, Mini Circuits of 2 or 4 stations each. What makes Studio Circuits different is that firstly it is a freestyle course where we teach students how to create their own original Circuit routines in a number of different formats and how to progress the routines to keep the session interesting and challenging.
